Joseph W. Cornell, CFA

Mr. Cornell is President and controlling principal of Spin-Off Advisors, L.L.C., and the author of "Spin-Off To Pay-Off" -An Analytical Guide To Investing In Corporate Divestitures.  He has published "Spin-Off Research", a monthly advisory report featuring current information on spin-offs since March of 1997.  His insight and commentary on spin-off situations has been featured increasingly in various media such as: Barron’s, Business Week, Bloomberg, The Boston Herald, Buy-Side Magazine, CNBC, CNNfn, Chicago Tribune, Financial Sentinel, The LA Times, Money Magazine, San Francisco Chronicle, Smart Money, Ticker Magazine, U.S. News & World Report, The Washington Post and Worth.  Mr. Cornell graduated from Loyola University of Chicago in 1986 with a BS in Economics & Finance, and in 1991 received a MBA degree in Finance from Loyola University.  In addition, he earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in September 1997. He has worked exclusively in the investment industry since graduating from college, and has extensive investment management, trading and analytical experience.

Kevin P. Hare, CPA

Mr. Hare works as an Analyst for Spin-Off Advisors, L.L.C. and is responsible for assisting Mr. Cornell in the identification and analysis of potential investments.  Mr. Hare graduated with a BS in Accountancy from DePaul University, Chicago, Illinois in 1993.  Kevin received his MBA from Indiana University in May 2000.  He is also a (Level II) candidate for the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.  He has six years of experience as a Senior Accountant and brings significant analytical capabilities to the firm.

Alfred M. Cardilli CPA

Alfred M. Cardilli is an analyst with Spin-Off Advisors, L.L.C. Before joining Spin-Off Advisors, L.L.C., Mr. Cardilli worked in corporate development for PocketCard Inc., a financial services start-up focused on processing stored value cards. From 1995 to 1998, Mr. Cardilli worked in investment banking with Salomon Brothers and Morgan Stanley, where he gained considerable valuation and corporate finance experience. From 1993 to 1995, Mr. Cardilli worked as an auditor for Arthur Andersen LLP. Mr. Cardilli earned a B.S. degree in accounting from the Leventhal School of Accounting at the University of Southern California. Mr. Cardilli is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Kishor Agrawal

Kishor Agrawal is an Analyst for Spin-Off Advisors, L.L.C. Before joining Spin-Off Advisors, Kishor worked in the Automotive Industry from 1995 to 2004 providing technology consulting to major Automotive OEMs in Detroit. He earned a BS degree in Metallurgical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai and a MS degree in Mechanical engineering from Oklahoma State University. He received an MBA from University of Chicago. He is a level III Chartered Financial Analyst candidate.
